For European leading independent Facility Management alliance, we are seeking candidate:

Operation and Business Development MANAGER

Job description:

  • Comprehensive building custody for sales activities in CEE in facility management market;
  • Building the strategy for the alliance and develop its USP’s;
  • New customers and contracts acquisitions;
  • Management of potential client pipeline;
  • Market research for new opportunities;
  • Relationship management with clients (potential or current);
  • Responsibility for costs, results and budget;
  • Responsibility for preparing offers, regional and global tenders and bids;
  • Reporting to Alliance General manager; 
  • Working together with operation and HR department, Marketing and PR;
  • Co- partnership in business strategy for CEE/SEE and its implementation;
  • Monitoring of the possibilities how to attract new customers;
  • Responsibility for new services provided to clients.

 We require:

  • Advanced knowledge of English and at least one of those languages (it is a must); Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Polish, Greek or Hungarian;
  • MS office knowledge;
  • Assertive, self-dependent, proactive person;
  • Willingness to learn new things;
  • Authoritative and experienced person, skilled in team leading;
  • No criminal record;
  • Time flexibility;
  • Senior Experience in Business Development activities, acquisitions (In IFM or TFM field especially or from other FM agency , at least 5 years or more);
  • Willingness to travel to other countries in CEE and SEE;
  • Work place: Sofia or Bucharest.
